Onboard and support approximately 50 new or re-engaged customers during their first three months. Deliver product walkthroughs and platform training, provide industry and market guidance, identify growth opportunities, recommend tailored solutions, and hand customers over to Account Managers. Maintain account administration while building trust, improving platform adoption, and supporting revenue growth.

Manage a portfolio of automotive retailers to drive engagement, adoption and commercial growth. Analyse performance data, identify opportunities, coach partners on products and integrations, streamline operations, and collaborate with internal teams to influence retailer outcomes and meet KPIs.

Lead and shape Data Science direction across cross-functional squads: identify opportunities, prioritise and orchestrate ML projects, productionise models, mentor analysts/scientists, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver ML-centric data products.

As a Data Analyst, you will support metrics establishment, implement data products, analyze A/B tests, and drive product improvements through recommendations.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will analyze consumer journeys, establish product metrics, lead data product design, improve tracking, and influence decisions with data-driven insights while mentoring other analysts.

The Principal Mobile Apps Platform Engineer will enhance the Autotrader app, focusing on backend Kotlin services, mentoring engineers, and driving system design.

The Reward Partner will shape and deliver reward programs, advise on pay and grading, lead reward cycles, and support governance activities while influencing senior leaders and improving team capability.
