Engage B2C customers to qualify leasing needs, advise on leasing options, handle objections, achieve KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer service within a collaborative leasing team. Work primarily from the Hemel Hempstead office on a rota including weekends and evening shifts.

Provides commercial finance support to Directors and partnerships and product teams. Leads budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for key revenue streams; develops KPIs; presents monthly insights to senior leadership; analyzes large datasets to identify risks and opportunities; and influences stakeholders to support commercially sound decisions. The role requires strong commercial awareness, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, autonomy, adaptability, and stakeholder management.

Acquire and develop new B2B retailer partnerships through outbound and phone-based sales. Identify commercial challenges, use market insights and performance data to demonstrate ROI, handle objections, and convert retailer needs into tailored, high-value solutions. Maintain a target-driven approach focused on meeting commercial KPIs and building long-term customer relationships.
