Provide one-on-one ABA therapy implementing BCBA-designed plans to teach communication, social, adaptive, and toileting skills; collect and document behavioral data; follow BACB ethics; maintain a safe, organized therapy environment; attend required trainings and collaborate with on-site BCBAs.

Provide supervised 1:1 ABA treatment to children, meet Phase 1 fieldwork competencies under BCBA supervision, complete RBT certification within 90 days, document client work, and participate in training and team collaboration.

Provide clinical and operational oversight of ABA services: write treatment plans, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R), perform FBAs, create behavior support plans, supervise and train RBTs and staff, ensure treatment fidelity and data collection, provide parent training, and support the Clinical Director.

Provide supervised 1:1 ABA treatment to children, complete Phase 1 fieldwork competencies, follow ACP supervision contract and BACB fieldwork expectations, participate in training, documentation, and team collaboration.

Provide 1:1 ABA treatment to children while completing supervised fieldwork toward BCBA certification. Implement treatment goals with high fidelity, meet Phase 1 competency mastery, follow the ACP Supervised Fieldwork Contract and BACB expectations, allocate ~75% of time to direct therapy and ~25% to non-billable tasks, and participate in team collaboration and training.

Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy as a senior role model: implement Behavior Intervention Plans with fidelity, collect and probe data, coach and supervise Behavior Technicians, collaborate with BCBAs, maintain reliability and accuracy in treatment delivery, and support clinical and operational excellence.
