Provide one-on-one ABA therapy implementing BCBA-designed plans to teach communication, social, adaptive, and toileting skills; collect and document behavioral data; follow BACB ethics; maintain a safe, organized therapy environment; attend required trainings and collaborate with on-site BCBAs.

Provide supervised 1:1 ABA treatment to children, meet Phase 1 fieldwork competencies under BCBA supervision, complete RBT certification within 90 days, document client work, and participate in training and team collaboration.

Provide clinical and operational oversight of ABA services: write treatment plans, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R), perform FBAs, create behavior support plans, supervise and train RBTs and staff, ensure treatment fidelity and data collection, provide parent training, and support the Clinical Director.
