Builds and enables responsible AI solutions across the organization. Responsibilities include managing AI use-case intake, coaching teams, developing Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform automations, supporting AI-powered developer tools, establishing governance and repeatable patterns, measuring adoption, and delivering training. The role requires strong communication, software development or architecture experience, Microsoft Copilot Studio expertise, and Microsoft 365 administration experience.

Leads end-to-end proposal and bid management, including capture planning, solicitation analysis, compliance matrices, schedules, resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, color team reviews, quality control, and final submissions. Develops proposal metrics, maintains reusable content libraries and SharePoint resources, supports sales enablement, resolves issues, and ensures compliant, persuasive deliverables meet strict deadlines.

Manages day-to-day tax stamp and fiscal marking programs, including secure supply, issuance, application, verification, logistics, audits, compliance, and chain of custody. Coordinates clients, government authorities, manufacturers, importers, partners, and internal teams. Oversees onboarding, equipment deployment, SOPs, KPI reporting, discrepancy investigations, training, field operations, and in-country staff. Requires bilingual French and English communication and 30–50% regional travel.

Leads the Morocco National Fuel Integrity Program, overseeing strategy, customer and government relationships, contractual compliance, risk, safety, audits, KPIs, operational performance, and reporting. Builds and develops a distributed operations team, governs SOPs and quality systems, drives corrective actions, and coordinates with global leadership. Requires substantial government-program, oil and gas, fuels distribution, logistics, and program governance experience, plus advanced English and up to 50% regional travel.

The HR Manager will lead human resources operations in Morocco, including policy implementation, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, employee records, and labor-law compliance. The role partners with local and global leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace. Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws, independence, cross-cultural collaboration, and fluency in English, French, and Arabic are required.
