Acquire and develop B2B customers across Germany and Austria, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing. Build long-term customer relationships, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, analyze market and competitor trends, support lead generation, and prepare sales materials. The role requires fluent German and Polish, professional English, and experience selling SaaS, technology solutions, or digital services.

Provide commercial legal support for B2B contracts, EU digital regulation (eIDAS, GDPR, AI Act, NIS2, DORA), and DACH expansion. Translate regulations into scalable contractual clauses, advise product/sales/compliance teams, coordinate with external counsel, and monitor regulatory developments.

Lead SME and Corporate sales to meet revenue targets by building a scalable commercial organization. Hire and develop sales managers and reps, improve sales processes and CRM governance, drive pipeline, conversion and forecast accuracy, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, RevOps and Customer Success. Promote AI-powered tools and automation to boost productivity and implement sales playbooks and KPIs.
