Leads the Learning Support Team and contributes to school-wide systems supporting diverse learners. Manages NCCD processes, staff allocations, resources, and Individual Plans; coordinates reasonable adjustments and complex administrative workflows. Implements MTSS, RTI, and explicit instruction approaches, using student data to design and evaluate interventions. Collaborates with staff, parents, specialists, and school leadership to improve learning and wellbeing outcomes for students with diverse or complex needs.
