Collect delinquent loan accounts through phone, email, and mail communication; research account discrepancies, obtain credit reports, process loan extensions and refinances, handle towing notifications, and maintain accurate documentation. The role requires professional communication with members experiencing financial hardship, confidentiality, bilingual Spanish and English skills, basic collateral protection insurance knowledge, and adherence to collection procedures and compliance standards.

Develops and supports Symitar core banking applications and utilities using PowerOn and related technologies. Responsibilities include system administration, application development, troubleshooting, Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, automation administration, code reviews, documentation, vendor collaboration, mentoring, and participation in technology projects. The role also provides on-call and off-hours support for month-end, quarter-end, and system processing activities.

Leads learning and development projects from needs assessment through evaluation and improvement. Designs and delivers instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning solutions; facilitates complex training; administers learning technologies; evaluates effectiveness; mentors L&D specialists; and consults with organizational stakeholders on employee development strategies.
