Develop and maintain oil and gas customer relationships, visit drilling rigs to identify hose needs and safety issues, recommend products, generate sales opportunities, prepare quotes, process orders, coordinate purchasing and fulfillment, and resolve customer issues. The role requires field independence, strong follow-up, product knowledge, and collaboration with sales, purchasing, delivery, and inside sales teams while servicing the Laredo area.

The role requires field independence, strong follow-up, product knowledge, and proactive sales development while supporting customer safety, reliability, and hose management.

Leads human resources and payroll for a multi-state organization, overseeing payroll processing and taxation, benefits, 401(k) administration, employee relations, compliance, workers’ compensation, reporting, HRIS systems, audits, and payroll accounting. Partners with executives, counsel, brokers, auditors, and insurers while managing and developing HR/payroll staff and maintaining confidential employee and financial information.

Develop responsive front-end applications using JavaScript and frameworks (React/Angular), integrate and consume REST APIs, collaborate with back-end/IT teams, ensure security/data standards, and provide application support.

Maintain and update product, vendor, and customer pricing in the ERP, process vendor price updates and rebates, resolve pricing and inventory data discrepancies, create reports and analyze data using Excel and SQL, and assist with data imports, system maintenance, and process improvements.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications across front-end and back-end. Integrate and secure APIs, optimize performance, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Handle inbound/outbound inside sales: process orders from quote to invoice, check availability and ship dates, provide pricing and technical information, upsell related products, coordinate with outside sales and buyers, manage returns and acknowledgements, and maintain accurate order and customer records.

Manage customer orders from quote to invoice, answer calls and emails, process and expedite orders/returns, provide technical/application information, increase sales via upselling, coordinate with outside sales and buyers to ensure timely delivery, and maintain excellent customer service.
