Performs industrial and hydraulic hose assembly, including measuring, cutting, crimping, testing, inspection, tagging, and storage. Sets up production runs, operates shop equipment, maintains tools, reports material or equipment issues, and keeps the warehouse and hose shop safe and organized. Requires careful attention to specifications, teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials while following safety procedures.

Processes and reconciles accounts payable invoices, resolves discrepancies, maintains vendor records, prepares check runs, and responds to vendor and internal requests. The role also maintains accurate financial documentation, protects confidential information, provides reception coverage, and supports broader Accounting Department needs through rotating responsibilities and team collaboration.

Supports accounts receivable operations by applying customer payments, processing billing, performing collections, resolving account discrepancies, maintaining customer records, monitoring aging and payment risk, and assisting with credit reviews. Communicates with customers and internal teams regarding balances, disputes, invoices, and account adjustments while maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality.

Develop and maintain oil and gas customer relationships, visit drilling rigs to identify hose needs and safety issues, recommend products, generate sales opportunities, prepare quotes, process orders, coordinate purchasing and fulfillment, and resolve customer issues. The role requires field independence, strong follow-up, product knowledge, and collaboration with sales, purchasing, delivery, and inside sales teams while servicing the Laredo area.

Develops and maintains relationships with drilling rigs and oil and gas customers, identifies hose and product needs, recommends safe and effective solutions, conducts rig visits and inspections, prepares quotes, processes orders, coordinates purchasing and fulfillment, and resolves customer issues. The role requires field independence, strong follow-up, product knowledge, and proactive sales development while supporting customer safety, reliability, and hose management.

Develop responsive front-end applications using JavaScript and frameworks (React/Angular), integrate and consume REST APIs, collaborate with back-end/IT teams, ensure security/data standards, and provide application support.

Maintain and update product, vendor, and customer pricing in the ERP, process vendor price updates and rebates, resolve pricing and inventory data discrepancies, create reports and analyze data using Excel and SQL, and assist with data imports, system maintenance, and process improvements.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications across front-end and back-end. Integrate and secure APIs, optimize performance, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Handle inbound/outbound inside sales: process orders from quote to invoice, check availability and ship dates, provide pricing and technical information, upsell related products, coordinate with outside sales and buyers, manage returns and acknowledgements, and maintain accurate order and customer records.

Manage customer orders from quote to invoice, answer calls and emails, process and expedite orders/returns, provide technical/application information, increase sales via upselling, coordinate with outside sales and buyers to ensure timely delivery, and maintain excellent customer service.
