Oversee programmatic funding, budget submissions, rapid acquisition pathways, and stakeholder integration to field safe, reliable autonomous systems at scale.

Lead architecture and delivery of cloud-to-edge digital infrastructure, automated software pipelines, simulation and digital-twin testbeds, and interoperability standards to accelerate development, testing, and secure deployment of autonomous unmanned systems. Manage large-scale programmatic and acquisition efforts across defense contractors and commercial technology partners.
