Lead the CDAO Autonomy Division to define strategic roadmaps and deliver digital infrastructure and software enabling rapid autonomy development. Coordinate across Services, CCMDs, OUSW(R&E), and industry to transition commercial AI and navigation technologies into DoW programs. Oversee programmatic funding, budget submissions, rapid acquisition pathways, and stakeholder integration to field safe, reliable autonomous systems at scale.

Lead architecture and delivery of cloud-to-edge digital infrastructure, automated software pipelines, simulation and digital-twin testbeds, and interoperability standards to accelerate development, testing, and secure deployment of autonomous unmanned systems. Manage large-scale programmatic and acquisition efforts across defense contractors and commercial technology partners.
