Leads technology and information security for the Science & Technology portfolio, serving as senior Foreign Disclosure Officer. Establishes policies for technology release, foreign disclosure, export control compliance, and protection of controlled and classified information. Coordinates with defense organizations, intelligence agencies, government partners, industry, and international groups; advises executive leadership; identifies strategic gaps; and guides research and development to improve security processes.

Designs and manages secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across multiple security enclaves supporting AI/ML and warfighter analytics. Develops Terraform and Ansible infrastructure-as-code, monitors performance and costs, optimizes cloud resources, supports migrations and modernization, improves CI/CD pipelines, and ensures compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and STIGs. Provides senior technical guidance, resolves complex infrastructure challenges, supports continuous authorization, and oversees civilian and contractor engineering teams.
