Develop and grow sales and customer relationships for poultry equipment and custom process cooling solutions across the U.S.; conduct product demonstrations and attend trade shows; travel extensively (≈90%); meet sales goals, manage accounts independently, and provide customer support throughout the sales cycle.

Manage industrial construction projects from planning through commissioning. Oversee scope, budget, schedule, procurement, subcontractors and field crews. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, conduct site walks, resolve technical issues, maintain project documentation (RFIs, change orders, submittals, daily logs), and act as primary customer representative.
