Provide network engineering and systems engineering support for the Navy ADNS program including ADNS fleet support, installation/integration, SOVT documentation, configuration management, architecture design, cybersecurity scans/ATO support, network modeling, automation, and technical reporting for ship, sub, and shore installations.

Supports the Marine Corps Networking on the Move program by managing laboratory assets, installing and configuring network systems, maintaining connectivity across security enclaves, and troubleshooting LANs. Performs testing and evaluation of communications equipment, drafts test plans and reports, and contributes technical input to design reviews for prototype tactical vehicles.

Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains fixed and mobile tactical LAN/WAN systems for the Marine Corps Networking on the Move program. Supports routing, switching, satellite communications, security enclaves, QoS testing, equipment evaluation, military personnel, and prototype tactical vehicle development.

Develops and integrates embedded firmware and software for ocean-system prototypes. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, architecture and design, implementation, testing, debugging, integration, verification, documentation, and cross-functional engineering coordination. The role supports Linux, microcontrollers, RTOS, NVIDIA Jetson, ROS 2, and related embedded platforms, with opportunities involving computer vision, signal processing, robotics simulation, test automation, and graphical interfaces.

Serve as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer supporting a Navy program: integrate cyber requirements across the SDLC, perform ACAS/Nessus scans, evaluate DISA STIGs/SCAP, identify and remediate vulnerabilities, develop POA&Ms, SAPs and SARs, create architecture and data flow diagrams, and support RMF processes to achieve ATO/IATT.

Serve as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer for a Navy program: integrate cyber requirements across the SDLC, perform ACAS/Nessus scans, apply DISA STIGs/SCAP, identify and remediate vulnerabilities, develop SAPs/POA&Ms/SARs, support RMF toward ATO/IATT, produce architecture and data flow diagrams, and advise stakeholders.

Provide systems engineering support for U.S. Navy communications and navigation programs across the lifecycle: requirements, architecture, integration, testing, deployment, sustainment, cybersecurity compliance, documentation, and technical reviews. Coordinate with stakeholders, perform T&E, assess risks, and support configuration management and modernization efforts.

Perform RMF across all phases: categorize systems, develop and update SSPs, SAPs, POA&Ms and RARs in eMASS. Review DISA STIGs/SRGs, SCAP and ACAS results, identify vulnerabilities, track risks, support ISSMs and stakeholders, and provide authorization status and cybersecurity guidance throughout system engineering, deployment, and sustainment.

Lead systems engineering for Navy communications and navigation programs across design, integration, testing, deployment and sustainment. Translate requirements into system-level specs, develop architectures and ICDs, support cybersecurity/RMF, conduct integration and test activities, coordinate stakeholders, manage configuration and technical documentation, evaluate performance and mitigate risks to ensure systems meet operational requirements and program milestones.

Lead RMF activities across system engineering, deployment, and sustainment. Develop SSPs, SAPs, POA&Ms, and RARs in eMASS; document NIST 800-53 control implementations; review DISA STIGs/SRGs, SCAP, and ACAS results; track/report cybersecurity risks to ISSM and engineering teams.

Support planning, coordination, execution, analysis and documentation of test and evaluation activities for Navy communications and navigation systems. Develop and review test plans/procedures, verify hardware/software/interfaces, collect and analyze test data, track discrepancies and corrective actions, coordinate with stakeholders, support lab/shipboard/operational tests and readiness reviews, and prepare technical briefings and recommendations.

Lead and execute test and evaluation activities for Navy communications and navigation systems. Develop T&E strategies, plans, procedures and reports; coordinate test events and stakeholders; support lab, platform, and operational testing; analyze data, identify deficiencies, and produce test documentation to verify requirements and evaluate operational performance.
