Develops, maintains, and edits technical documentation for multiple Department of Defense programs. Responsibilities include creating test plans, user manuals, system specifications, training materials, installation guides, and SOPs; ensuring CDRL and DoD style-guide compliance; gathering requirements from technical stakeholders; managing document versions; and meeting quality, accuracy, and deadline requirements. The role requires an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Provide network engineering and systems engineering support for the Navy ADNS program including ADNS fleet support, installation/integration, SOVT documentation, configuration management, architecture design, cybersecurity scans/ATO support, network modeling, automation, and technical reporting for ship, sub, and shore installations.

Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains fixed and mobile tactical LAN/WAN systems for the Marine Corps Networking on the Move program. Supports routing, switching, satellite communications, security enclaves, QoS testing, equipment evaluation, military personnel, and prototype tactical vehicle development.
