Own ANZ marketing execution with a focus on events and tradeshows. Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, manage vendors and swag, support cross-functional campaign delivery, enable sales/customer success, apply AI and automation to workflows, track ROI and campaign effectiveness, and use tools like Monday.com, Notion, Slack, and HubSpot to maintain project visibility.

Own post-onboarding lifecycle for enterprise customers, driving deep adoption, strategic success roadmaps, QBRs/executive briefings, outcome analytics, expansion opportunities, champion development, and cross-functional advocacy to embed the platform into customers' SOPs and reduce retail crime.

Lead enterprise customer engagements to drive adoption, measurable crime-reduction outcomes, and ROI from the Auror platform. Design and execute engagement and change-management strategies, own implementations end-to-end, translate customer data into impact narratives, and mentor teammates while improving scalable CS frameworks and operations.

Lead UK & EU marketing strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS company focused on retail crime intelligence. Drive pipeline with Sales through regional campaigns, own events end-to-end, localise global demand programs, protect brand standards, and partner with Sales, CS and Comms to grow market presence and revenue.

Lead technical onboarding and integrations for retail and law enforcement customers: scope requirements, implement SSO/MFA and API connections, manage projects end-to-end, troubleshoot integrations using telemetry, onboard third-party partners to the OpenAPI, and produce documentation to ensure seamless, timely implementations and customer success.
