Lead a small electronics assembly team as a hands-on supervisor: perform precision soldering and electro-mechanical assembly, read technical drawings, enforce IPC and quality standards, coordinate with Procurement/Shipping/Engineering, train and mentor staff, monitor production metrics, and drive process improvements to meet delivery requirements.

The AIT Engineer leads Test and Evaluation activities for aerospace systems, ensuring programs meet test milestones and collaborate with stakeholders on strategies and processes.
