Lead acquisition and technical integration for next-generation Tactical SATCOM programs supporting the U.S. Space Force. Provide strategic acquisition leadership, systems engineering guidance, source selection support, program performance oversight, risk management, and executive-level briefings. Coordinate across OSD, AF Headquarters, contractors, and mission partners to modernize resilient SATCOM capabilities and improve program execution under demanding schedules.

Lead spacecraft attitude control systems engineering: develop and verify ACS architectures, control algorithms, and astrodynamics analyses; review contractor designs, support integration, testing, launch and on-orbit activities, attend design and program reviews, and advise on accommodation and risk mitigation. Requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and extensive hands-on ACS expertise.

Lead a small electronics assembly team as a hands-on supervisor: perform precision soldering and electro-mechanical assembly, read technical drawings, enforce IPC and quality standards, coordinate with Procurement/Shipping/Engineering, train and mentor staff, monitor production metrics, and drive process improvements to meet delivery requirements.

The COMSEC Test Engineer tests and integrates encryption systems for space and terrestrial networks while ensuring operational readiness through configuration, troubleshooting, and functional validation.

Support development, integration, test, and security verification of Military GPS User Equipment (MGUE). Develop test strategies, execute integration and validation, assess cryptographic and information assurance impacts, review ICDs/TRDs, monitor developmental/operational test execution, identify risks, and collaborate with government, FFRDCs, and industry to deliver mission-ready GPS capabilities.

Provide systems engineering support for ground network design, implementation, testing, security, and operations for space system ground segments. Evaluate network architectures, virtualization, data center infrastructure, and security; develop requirements, verification plans, and risk mitigations; coordinate across contractors and sites; support acceptance testing, RFCs, and program reviews while advising the government customer.

Support development, verification, and testing of ground support equipment (mechanical or electrical) for launch vehicle operations. Create and manage requirements, perform system analysis (FMEA/Fishbone), collaborate with GSE design teams, ensure safety and quality compliance, support integration, and participate in design reviews and testing.
