Design and develop circuit card assemblies and printed wiring boards from concept through production release. Create schematics, layouts, and documentation; select components; perform signal integrity and power distribution analysis; and ensure compliance with IPC, EMI/EMC, military, and aerospace requirements. Collaborate across engineering teams, oversee prototypes, conduct design reviews, and troubleshoot integration and testing. Support high-reliability electronics through manufacturability, testability, and production considerations.

Develop and maintain SysML and MBSE system models for advanced aerospace and missile systems. Define architectures, requirements, behaviors, interfaces, and verification relationships; connect system models to simulation environments; support trade studies, prototype hardware development, integration, ground testing, and flight testing. Collaborate with GNC, software, electrical, mechanical, propulsion, test, and other engineering teams to identify design risks and support technical decisions.

Leads CFD simulations for fluid flow, heat transfer, and multiphase systems; develops computational models, prepares geometry and meshes, configures solvers, validates results against experimental data, and collaborates with design engineers to optimize aerospace and defense components. Documents methodologies and recommendations in client-ready reports while considering performance, manufacturability, cost, sustainability, and industry compliance.
