Lead mission integration from planning through post-mission assessment. Develop and manage integrated schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee hardware integration and flight preparation, track risks and non-conformances, support readiness reviews, engage stakeholders, and report mission status to leadership.

The Advanced Systems Engineer will design and implement systems for missile defense, perform modeling and simulation, optimize performance, and collaborate with teams to meet requirements.

Program and operate CNC mills and lathes using CAM software (Mastercam preferred). Produce precision aerospace parts to tight tolerances (.0002-.002), design fixtures, interpret GD&T-heavy prints, follow ISO9001/AS9100 quality standards, maintain safety and cleanliness, and lift up to 50 lbs.
