Leads and professionalizes EMEA project delivery across utilities, hardware, software, analytics, customer projects, and NPI. Owns end-to-end execution from project definition through industrialization, mass production, and customer rollout. The role leads organizational transformation, manages international teams and customer commitments, and ensures on-time, on-quality, and on-cost outcomes across multi-site programs.

The six-month full-time internship begins in September or October 2026 in Stockholm, with possible extension and potential conversion to a Private Equity Analyst role.

Lead manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement across two battery plants. Develop long-term improvement roadmaps, optimize OEE, throughput, labor productivity, quality, scrap, material efficiency, and maintenance, and implement Lean methods, automation initiatives, performance management, and standardized manufacturing practices. Coach plant leaders and shop-floor teams, build continuous improvement culture, and share best practices across sites.

Lead the full transformation of newly acquired portfolio companies, partnering with management to develop and implement strategy, equity stories, value-creation plans, and operational improvements. Own P&L and multi-site operations, drive turnarounds, execute carve-outs and complex transactions, and improve competitiveness, profitability, and enterprise value. Work across international teams and jurisdictions in fast-paced, hands-on environments with frequent onsite travel.

Lead restructuring and transformation initiatives for AURELIUS portfolio companies after acquisition. Develop and execute plans to improve competitiveness, profitability, and long-term value while collaborating with management teams. Manage strategic and hands-on projects from inception through implementation, typically spending 12 months onsite. Responsibilities require expertise in restructuring, operations, team or project leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and results-oriented execution within a private equity environment.

Leads AI and automation initiatives across portfolio companies, partnering with executives to identify process improvements, build and deploy prototypes, manage technology partners, develop business cases, and scale reusable solutions. The role requires hands-on workflow automation, prompt engineering, RAG fundamentals, Python, and stakeholder management experience.

Supports private equity investment professionals with market, industry, and company research; acquisition analysis; due diligence; investment decision materials; portfolio company monitoring; and preparation for portfolio exits. The intern participates in live transactions while developing financial, technical, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills in an international Amsterdam-based environment.

Manage day-to-day accounting for Luxembourg entities, including postings, reconciliations, payables, receivables, management accounts, financial statements, VAT returns, reporting, invoicing, budgeting support, and interest calculations. Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors, support process improvements, and contribute to finance projects. The role requires Lux GAAP experience, VAT and tax compliance knowledge, accounting qualifications, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Leads AURELIUS Growth investments throughout acquisition, value creation, portfolio management, and exit. Defines investment and operational strategies, manages portfolio-company leadership teams, drives efficiency and profitability improvements, coordinates workstreams, optimizes financing structures, and increases enterprise value. The role requires extensive travel and close collaboration with investment teams across the Benelux.

Leads the Netherlands business with full country and P&L responsibility. Develops growth strategies, strengthens multichannel sales and key-account processes, improves customer relationships, and drives market innovation. Builds and develops a high-performing local organization, fosters collaboration with headquarters, and establishes a performance-oriented culture. Requires strong management, financial, sales, leadership, and communication skills, plus Dutch and English fluency; German and bathroom-industry experience are advantageous.
