Leads and professionalizes EMEA project delivery across utilities, hardware, software, analytics, customer projects, and NPI. Owns end-to-end execution from project definition through industrialization, mass production, and customer rollout. Establishes PMO governance, stage gates, KPIs, risk and change controls, margin protection, resource planning, and cross-BU delivery standards. The role leads organizational transformation, manages international teams and customer commitments, and ensures on-time, on-quality, and on-cost outcomes across multi-site programs.

Supports acquisition financings and portfolio-company refinancings by analyzing information memorandums, assessing debt capacity, conducting due diligence, building financial models, preparing lender materials, presenting financing considerations, and assisting with deal execution and legal documentation.

Leads PMO governance and transformation delivery across the organization. Establishes reporting standards, KPIs, dashboards, steering cadences, and progress tracking; coordinates cross-functional projects and communicates risks and outcomes to executives and investors. Supports change management, stakeholder alignment, strategic initiative prioritization, management materials, and continuous improvement. Acts as a hands-on thought partner to senior leadership while driving accountability and disciplined execution.
