This remote position is designed for candidates launching a career in technology sales.

Own partner revenue operations through data transformation, billing accuracy, forecasting, and GAAP-compliant reporting. The role maintains and troubleshoots Python and SQL billing logic, develops invoicing flows, validates enrollment data, supports revenue recognition, and contributes to integrations and ad hoc projects. It requires analytics, financial and accounting knowledge, advanced Excel, Databricks, and experience translating business requirements into technical data logic.

Build and maintain full-stack monetization features across web and mobile, including enrollment flows, paywalls, subscriptions, reactivation, and marketing integrations. Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments and improve revenue outcomes. Use analytics, observability, AI-assisted development, testing, and software engineering best practices to deliver reliable products for millions of customers.

Build and own Aura’s AI Intelligence Platform, creating scalable systems that unify sensitive data and enable secure, privacy-preserving AI agents. Design architecture, develop distributed systems, support production operations, and make technology decisions across AWS, Python, and TypeScript. Establish security, privacy, observability, testing, and reliability practices while mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams.

Retain customers through inbound cancellation calls, conduct outbound payment recovery calls, resolve concerns, provide proactive support, and identify upsell opportunities. Educate customers about identity protection, privacy, and security solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting performance metrics. This is a fully remote role requiring a self-motivated, engaging team player with sales or retention experience.

Handle inbound enrollment calls from prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend the appropriate Aura plan. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, explain Aura’s digital protection products, provide online safety guidance, and collaborate on improving sales processes. The role requires strong communication, listening, product knowledge, CRM and Salesforce experience, self-motivation, competitiveness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.

Provides frontline customer support through high-volume inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, processing enrollments, resolving complaints, troubleshooting products, and identifying retention and upsell opportunities. Requires empathetic communication, accurate multitasking, data entry, typing, technology proficiency, reliable high-speed internet, and completion of company training and certification exams. The role is remote but limited to candidates within 50 miles of San Antonio, Texas.
