Provides clinical and operational leadership across multiple health centers, overseeing nursing staff, staffing, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, patient safety, clinical workflows, audits, documentation, training, and performance improvement. Collaborates with providers and clinic leadership, supports budgeting and emergency preparedness, addresses patient concerns, and travels approximately 50% throughout the assigned region.

Maintains a caseload of approximately 15–20 participants, documents services, collaborates with community partners, supports crisis response, participates in peer observations, and analyzes youth satisfaction surveys. The role requires trauma-informed care, compliance with state and agency standards, and representation at community events.
