Manage digital advertising operations and monetization across web, mobile apps, CTV/OTT/FAST, programmatic partners, and social platforms. Responsibilities include GAM trafficking, Prebid and SDK integrations, ad pod and SSAI configuration, partner onboarding, campaign pacing, yield optimization, creative and policy QA, revenue reconciliation, reporting, and performance troubleshooting. The role also collaborates with technical and commercial teams to maintain revenue targets and identify monetization opportunities.

Manages office administration, supplies, third parties, employee visas and insurance, HR requests, leave, hiring, onboarding, training, terminations, labor-law compliance, and internal and external communications. Supports managers and employees on HR matters while coordinating recruitment and employee processes. Requires strong administrative, leadership, interpersonal, time-management, and English-Arabic communication skills, plus knowledge of local labor laws.

The Commercial Executive will manage the sales process, build client relationships, prepare media proposals, and track campaign performance to achieve targets.
