Owns end-to-end product marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, events, and traditional channels. Develops product positioning, messaging, customer journey maps, KPIs, and pipeline strategies while managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Partners with sales, creative, content, social media, and marketing operations teams to deliver cohesive campaigns, optimize performance, and support organizational growth.

Leads sales strategy, revenue growth, sales operations, team development, diocesan partnerships, and go-to-market execution for Catholic digital and curriculum products. Oversees inbound and outbound sales, CRM infrastructure, forecasting, pricing, enterprise negotiations, and collaboration with Product and Marketing. Builds a high-performing, mission-aligned sales organization serving parishes, schools, and dioceses.

Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and growth of direct-to-consumer Catholic products. Lead market analysis, business cases, go-to-market planning, onboarding and monetization funnels, A/B testing, product design, customer research, and retention initiatives. Coordinate engineering, design, marketing, sales, content, and customer success teams to deliver product initiatives on schedule. Monitor performance, manage risks and budgets, communicate updates, and develop product documentation and training.

Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, and ETL/ELT pipelines connecting internal and third-party platforms. Document data contracts, remediate legacy integrations, monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, support new platform implementations, and enable governed business automations. The role also coordinates with data architecture, supports reporting and analytics, and contributes to modernizing the organization’s data platform.
