Provides administrative and operational support to the Athletics department and Athletic Director. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, sponsorship records, athletics camp compliance, event planning, concessions management, vendor coordination, purchasing-card and payroll review, and collaboration with Business Office and Human Resources. The role requires maintaining accurate records, applying university policies, managing staff and vendors, monitoring financial activity, and supporting athletic events, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Tenure-track faculty member responsible for overseeing Augsburg University's choral program and curriculum, conducting choirs, teaching four courses annually, recruiting choir members and music majors, developing innovative choral programming, collaborating with regional music organizations, and leading university events. The role also includes professional engagement through performances, clinics, publications, speaking engagements, symposia, seminars, and guest conducting.

Performs daily cash accounting, bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, monthly close activities, fixed asset and investment accounting, tax filings, financial reporting, budgeting support, and audit assistance. Provides backup accounts payable support and maintains accounting records and documentation. Requires strong Excel and Word skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently. Seasonal longer hours may be required.

Manage and implement the Spanish Debate Program and a portfolio of middle/high school debate programs. Oversee curriculum, coach recruitment and training, event planning, data and grant reporting (Salesforce), supervise student employees, and build partnerships to expand student participation. Requires Spanish fluency and work during evenings and weekends.

Maintain, publish, and optimize web content across Augsburg and Luther Seminary sites. Apply basic SEO/AEO, monitor analytics (GA4/Search Console), perform accessibility reviews (WCAG), collaborate with campus partners, produce CMS documentation and training, coordinate with vendors, and support consistent branding and site performance.

Tenure-track faculty position in Management (open rank) to teach undergraduate management courses, advise and mentor students, supervise research and capstones, engage in curriculum development and service, and maintain a scholarship program appropriate to rank. Expected to integrate experiential learning, community engagement, and support diversity initiatives. Standard load: six courses/year.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor to teach undergraduate MIS courses (e.g., MIS Management, Operations, Enterprise Data Management, project management, statistics), advise and mentor students, supervise research and capstones, participate in curriculum development and assessment, maintain an active program of scholarship, and contribute to department and university service. Standard load: six courses/year.
