Provides administrative and operational support to the Athletics department and Athletic Director. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, sponsorship records, athletics camp compliance, event planning, concessions management, vendor coordination, purchasing-card and payroll review, and collaboration with Business Office and Human Resources. The role requires maintaining accurate records, applying university policies, managing staff and vendors, monitoring financial activity, and supporting athletic events, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Tenure-track faculty member responsible for overseeing Augsburg University's choral program and curriculum, conducting choirs, teaching four courses annually, recruiting choir members and music majors, developing innovative choral programming, collaborating with regional music organizations, and leading university events. The role also includes professional engagement through performances, clinics, publications, speaking engagements, symposia, seminars, and guest conducting.

Performs daily cash accounting, bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, monthly close activities, fixed asset and investment accounting, tax filings, financial reporting, budgeting support, and audit assistance. Provides backup accounts payable support and maintains accounting records and documentation. Requires strong Excel and Word skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently. Seasonal longer hours may be required.
