Manages end-to-end payroll, employee benefits, and leave administration for faculty, staff, and student workers. Oversees Workday payroll processing, tax filings, deductions, benefits enrollment, audits, open enrollment, retirement plans, and leave programs. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, maintains system and data integrity, coordinates third-party administrators, resolves issues, and supports employees with benefits and leave questions.

Leads Augsburg University's corporate and foundation fundraising program by identifying prospects, cultivating institutional donor relationships, securing grants and sponsorships, managing solicitation plans, and coordinating proposals and funder reports. Maintains donor records and archives in Raiser's Edge, tracks contributions, develops institutional giving strategies, and represents the University with external partners. Collaborates with senior advancement leaders, university departments, board members, and institutional stakeholders.

Leads Augsburg’s customized international education programs portfolio, including strategy, program design, partner development, staffing, budgets, pricing, risk management, and delivery. Supervises program managers and field staff, builds relationships with external institutions and organizations, collaborates on marketing and recruitment, and contributes to CGEE-wide strategic planning, financial sustainability, and organizational development. The role requires extensive experience in international or higher education programming, project management, experiential learning, and financial oversight.
