Manage end-to-end gift processing and data governance for the advancement CRM. Ensure compliance with IRS and CASE standards, perform data hygiene audits, build predictive giving reports, design automations and AI integrations, and train staff. Serve as technical authority for complex gifts, recurring programs, and reporting to support fundraising strategy.

Manage and implement Minnesota Urban Debate League programs, lead the Spanish Debate Program, support schools and coaches, develop curriculum and SEL supports, plan tournaments and trainings, oversee data, grants, budgets, and Salesforce practices, supervise student employees and volunteers, and cultivate community partnerships to expand student participation and program quality.
