Design and own end-to-end solution and integration architectures for enterprise SaaS; partner with Product, Sales and Delivery; run customer workshops and pre-sales; define domain models, APIs, events, and governance; coach teams on DDD and Clean Architecture and maintain architecture artefacts.

Own end-to-end employee lifecycle moments: pre-boarding, day-to-day HR administration, and offboarding. Manage offers, contracts, HRM records, equipment and IT coordination, employee inquiries, events and office support, and drive HR system/process improvements to ensure a smooth, confidential, people-focused experience.

As a Product Owner, you will manage the finance and reimbursement backlog, translate requirements into user stories, engage with clinics, and partner with design to ensure seamless workflows in a high-complexity domain.
