Train and onboard audiology customers on Auditbase, build long-term client relationships, address customer needs, support presales and business development, develop e-learning materials, facilitate reporting requests, and communicate with regional audiology groups. The role requires audiology expertise, customer relationship skills in a technology environment, and the ability to simplify software concepts into effective training.

Own end-to-end employee lifecycle moments: pre-boarding, day-to-day HR administration, and offboarding. Manage offers, contracts, HRM records, equipment and IT coordination, employee inquiries, events and office support, and drive HR system/process improvements to ensure a smooth, confidential, people-focused experience.
