Lead multiple low-voltage installation projects from award through closeout. Responsibilities include project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, subcontractor and crew coordination, site visits, technical oversight, code compliance, client communication, quality control, commissioning, billing, and closeout documentation. The role requires hands-on low-voltage installation expertise across cabling, CCTV, access control, VoIP, and telephony systems, along with strong organizational, financial, communication, and project-management skills.

Provides advanced technical support for Cisco Meraki wireless and networking solutions, troubleshooting complex incidents across client environments. Optimizes RF and 802.11 networks, escalates issues, mentors Tier 1 support, engages clients, implements network improvements, and maintains accurate configuration and troubleshooting documentation.

Provide IT help desk support by opening, categorizing, assigning, and resolving client tickets involving voice and data infrastructure, E-Call systems, wireless networks, and related technical systems. Troubleshoot issues, communicate technical information to customers, manage multiple priorities, coordinate with vendors, and participate in after-hours on-call support. The role includes training across networking, cabling, access control, computer and phone support, and IP camera systems.
