Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, maintain office areas and inventory, assist with administrative tasks, event planning, trainings, employee incentives, and miscellaneous office errands.

Supervise the in-office Technical Support team, manage daily operations and schedules, use Salesforce and ticketing tools to track performance, onboard and train staff, review tickets for quality, handle escalations and customer calls, and foster a collaborative team environment.
