Design, build, and modernize a hybrid on-prem/cloud IoT platform spanning edge devices, cloud services, and frontend apps. Implement reliable data pipelines, event-driven integrations, observability, and deployment improvements while providing technical leadership and improving system reliability, security, and scalability.

Manage on-site retrofit projects from walkthroughs through installation, commissioning, and closeout. Coordinate contractors and internal teams, perform QC checks, schedule implementations, train end users, create as-built and O&M/warranty packets, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Manage on-site AV retrofit projects from walk-throughs and quoting through installation, commissioning, QC, contractor coordination, training, and project closeout documentation.

Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR and general ledger, lead month- and year-end close, oversee and mentor accounting staff, implement policies, drive process improvements, and provide financial insights for business growth.

Manage school audio retrofit projects from walkthrough and quoting through installation, commissioning, QC, training, and closeout. Coordinate stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams, maintain schedules and reporting, and travel extensively for onsite supervision and commissioning.

Coordinate implementation activities across Project Management, Scheduling, Field Engineering and clients to ensure timely installations. Manage logistics, documentation, communications, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and invoicing (SAP) to support successful project deployment.

Supervise the in-office Technical Support team, manage daily operations and schedules, use Salesforce and ticketing tools to track performance, onboard and train staff, review tickets for quality, handle escalations and customer calls, and foster a collaborative team environment.
