Teams at Audio Enhancement

Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, maintain office areas and inventory, assist with administrative tasks, event planning, trainings, employee incentives, and miscellaneous office errands.

Supervise onsite teams installing and commissioning audio-enhancement equipment in schools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensure clean job sites, complete project reports, train installers, meet installation KPIs and deadlines, and travel overnight as required (about two weeks per month).

Manage on-site AV retrofit projects from quoting through closeout: commission equipment, perform QC, train users, schedule resources, coordinate contractors, and produce as-built and warranty documentation.
