Manage audiovisual and networking installation projects for school districts from planning through completion. Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating contractors and internal teams, conducting site walkthroughs and quality checks, commissioning systems, training users, communicating with stakeholders, and preparing project closeout documentation. The role requires customer service, onsite project management, contractor oversight, and approximately 75% overnight travel, with occasional long hours and swing shifts during the school year.

Manage retrofit projects from site walkthroughs through installation, commissioning, QC, and closeout. Coordinate schedules, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams; train users and produce as-built, O&M, and warranty documentation. Provide onsite customer service and reporting.

Manage on-site AV retrofit projects from walk-throughs and quoting through installation, commissioning, QC, contractor coordination, training, and project closeout documentation.
