Serve as the dealership expert on Audi technology: conduct vehicle technology orientations and second deliveries, perform Audi connect registration/troubleshooting, assist with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto/Bluetooth/myAudi/navigation/key setup, train sales staff, stay current on software and features, and ensure Audi delivery standards.

Lead dealership finance activities by guiding customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and compliance. Secure lender relationships, maximize F&I performance and profitability, process finance documentation accurately, partner with Sales for a seamless luxury buying experience, and uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service.

Sell Audi vehicles by delivering an exceptional luxury buying experience, building long-term client relationships, demonstrating product features, following up with prospects and referrals, and helping customers find the right vehicle without high-pressure tactics.
