Provide administrative and guest-facing support for the Kainalu outdoor sports program: manage bookings, check guests in/out, upsell retail, maintain product knowledge, execute Hawaiian sports activities, ensure opening/closing duties, report maintenance, monitor ocean and trail safety, assist in emergencies, and coordinate with concierge and management.

Design personalized, luxury itineraries by consulting guests on preferences and budgets; coordinate transportation, lodging, activities, and reservations; maintain thorough, visually appealing travel documentation; and leverage deep local knowledge to craft seamless guest experiences.

Lead and manage all front office operations to deliver personalized luxury guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure. Recruit, train, and mentor staff; implement SOPs and training; coordinate with F&B, housekeeping, and engineering to ensure room readiness and service standards. Monitor guest feedback and reviews, resolve service recovery issues, drive departmental performance and financial results, and champion employee engagement and recognition.
