Leads hotel stewarding operations, overseeing sanitation, dishwashing, equipment, supplies, waste management, inspections, and back-of-house readiness. Recruits, trains, schedules, coaches, and evaluates staff while ensuring compliance with food-safety, OSHA, chemical-handling, and hotel standards. Manages labor, purchasing, inventory, expenses, maintenance, documentation, and departmental productivity. Partners with culinary, food and beverage, banquets, engineering, and purchasing teams to support daily service, events, and high-volume operations.

Processes and reviews hotel invoices, codes transactions, prepares payment runs, reconciles vendor statements, manages expense reports, maintains accounts payable records, supports month-end close and audits, and generates reporting. The role also manages vendor inquiries and supports multiple properties across the portfolio, with occasional extended hours during reporting deadlines.

Lead talent and culture strategy for a luxury hospitality property. Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, succession planning, employee engagement, recognition programs, learning and development, labor-law compliance, employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, HR metrics, and budget management. Partner with the General Manager and executive team to strengthen staffing, performance, culture, and service delivery.
