Supervise stewarding staff and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across kitchen equipment, dishes, storage areas, and workspaces. Receive and store deliveries, manage dish and chemical inventory, operate dishwashing equipment, follow food safety and health regulations, remove waste, and support kitchen preparation. The role requires flexible scheduling, physical stamina, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages while providing attentive guest service in a luxury hospitality setting. Maintain bar cleanliness, inventory, equipment, accurate ordering, billing, and payment processing. Promote beverage sales through menu and spirits knowledge, follow Forbes and food-safety standards, and support a fast-paced team schedule including weekends and holidays.

Manage daily hotel accounting operations, including general ledger, bank, treasury, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare month-end close materials, labor reports, intercompany invoices, and purchase order checkbooks. Support accounts receivable collection efforts, coordinate with hotel finance leadership and department heads, manage accounting risks, and address operational issues and opportunities.
