Leads and scales a team of SMB and mid-market Solutions Engineers supporting technical pre-sales evaluations and post-sale onboarding. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, deal strategy, discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, data model design, migrations, integrations, workspace configuration, enablement, onboarding frameworks, and cross-functional customer feedback. The role partners closely with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering while advancing AI tooling and GTM processes.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching, partnering with Account Executives, managing technical evaluations, improving onboarding frameworks, developing enablement programs, supporting demos and proofs of concept, and sharing customer feedback with Product and Engineering.

Generate top-of-funnel pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns, re-engage stalled prospects, coordinate qualified opportunities with Account Executives, and own the prospect experience through handoff. Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and sales leadership to improve targeting, outreach processes, and lead funnel efficiency using Attio.
