Manage front desk operations: greet and direct guests, answer and route calls, handle mail/packages, maintain reception area, support events and tours, and assist with special projects. Reports to Manager, Events & Fort 940 Experience.

Manage the Fort 940 office experience and corporate events: maintain facility readiness, oversee amenity spaces, welcome guests, coordinate event logistics (planning through execution), manage budgets and vendors, supervise office and hospitality staff, and handle facilities contracts and layout planning.

Provide market and customer analysis to inform marketing strategy and annual planning. Build dashboards and recurring/ad hoc reports, analyze pricing, purchases, profitability, and post-launch performance. Coordinate cross-functionally with Commercial and Finance, monitor competitors and trends, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations while owning data quality.

Manage and maintain the ACE contact database to support marketing and sales. Source and ingest contacts, perform deduplication and data hygiene, create targeted lists, run ad-hoc analyses and reports, implement tools and process improvements, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT to ensure data integrity and governance.

The Staff Accountant manages general accounting operations, including financial records, account reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance with accounting standards.

The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope while coordinating resources and maintaining stakeholder communication.

The Manager, Product Development oversees formulation development, regulatory compliance, and technology transfer processes while collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure product quality and success.

Lead portfolio marketing for insecticides, fungicides and insect growth regulators: plan product launches, drive marketing campaigns, support sales, develop brand messaging, analyze performance, represent the company at industry events, and define long-term portfolio and budgeting strategies to accelerate adoption and optimize ROI.
