Coordinate cross-functionally with Commercial and Finance, monitor competitors and trends, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations while owning data quality.

Manage and maintain the ACE contact database to support marketing and sales. Source and ingest contacts, perform deduplication and data hygiene, create targeted lists, run ad-hoc analyses and reports, implement tools and process improvements, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT to ensure data integrity and governance.

The Staff Accountant manages general accounting operations, including financial records, account reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance with accounting standards.
