Support full-cycle recruiting and HR administration: create/manage job postings, screen candidates, schedule and assist interviews, run background/reference checks, coordinate offers and onboarding, maintain records, ensure compliance, represent the organization at recruiting events, and assist hiring managers with job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

Oversee daily operations at a residential treatment and correctional facility, including 24/7 staff scheduling, client behavior and compliance monitoring, documentation, regulatory compliance, maintenance coordination, and staff leadership. Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to support client progress, safety, and effective interventions. The role requires on-site work, including weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities.

Part-time direct service role facilitating cognitive-behavioral group interventions for correctional clients. Maintain accurate records, evaluate participation, report safety concerns, collaborate with staff and supervisors, and enforce program rules while preserving confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Provides community-based case management for formerly incarcerated individuals transitioning from correctional supervision. Monitors clients and supervised apartment security, conducts flexible evening, weekend, and holiday check-ins, reports violations and safety concerns, tracks client whereabouts, and maintains activity records. Requires professional communication, confidentiality, sound judgment, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries while working independently.

Provides case management services to adult correctional clients in a community residential treatment facility. Responsibilities include preparing discharge and termination reports, conducting substance testing, coordinating with staff and collateral contacts, supporting employment and treatment referrals, maintaining licensing and contract compliance, enforcing safety and security procedures, and ensuring adherence to PREA requirements.

Provide part-time monitoring of supervised apartments and correctional clients in a transitional living program. Follow case manager direction, check client whereabouts and apartment security, report violations or safety concerns, and maintain activity records. Predominantly weekend shifts (4–6 hours/week).

Provide brief daily monitoring checks of supervised apartments and residents recently released from correctional supervision. Report violations and safety concerns to Case Manager, monitor client whereabouts and location security during shifts, and maintain activity records and required documentation.

Provide community-based case management for individuals released from corrections, conducting intake and assessments, monitoring transitional housing and client whereabouts, documenting progress, reporting violations and safety concerns, supporting independent living skills, money management, education/training referrals, performing site checks, reviewing camera footage, maintaining records, and following supervisor direction.

Provide part-time monitoring of transitional housing for justice-involved clients: perform apartment and client checks, report violations and safety concerns, monitor whereabouts, maintain activity records, follow case manager direction. Requires travel to sites, valid drivers license, vehicle, and strong communication and confidentiality skills. High school diploma required; one year of related experience preferred.

Provide non-clinical, peer-based support to justice-involved residential clients using lived experience to mentor, coach, run weekly groups at three Madison houses, link to community resources, assist with life skills, goal-setting, and promote recovery and safe reintegration. 12 hours per week.
