Teams at Attentive

Lead incentive compensation strategy and administration across go-to-market teams. Design plans, payout models, accelerators, and policies; oversee commission calculations, reconciliations, forecasting, accruals, and payroll delivery. Analyze plan effectiveness, costs, margins, and attainment, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Legal, People, Payroll, and Revenue Operations. Improve compensation systems and data quality, communicate complex plans clearly, and manage and develop the compensation team.

Leads AI Developer Experience and AI Business Enablement teams. Owns AI-assisted development workflows, agent context, testing infrastructure, cloud environments, CI, code review, and secure tools for nontechnical builders. Sets strategy, manages managers, hires teams, evaluates build-versus-buy decisions, drives adoption, and measures improvements in delivery speed, software reliability, time savings, and sustained tool usage.

Own and improve Attentive's first-party data collection across the JS tag, Cloudflare Workers, and Java backend. Expand edge compute capabilities, build agentic AI systems to detect and fix data-quality issues, harden the event ingestion pipeline for reliability and observability, and lead technical direction on a small autonomous team while mentoring engineers.
