Lead the Journeys engineering team responsible for visual journey building and distributed workflow systems powering automated customer communications. Own roadmap, technical direction, architecture, reliability, observability, performance, and scalability. Partner cross-functionally on requirements, prioritization, tradeoffs, and delivery while hiring, coaching, and developing engineers. Improve operational maturity through incident response, on-call health, technical-debt reduction, and clear stakeholder communication.

Design and build AI-driven products and scalable software systems for marketers. Develop backend services, high-scale applications, responsive React interfaces, distributed microservices, and modular front-end systems. Contribute code, architecture, reviews, testing, quality assurance, and technical leadership. Collaborate with product and design teams in an Agile environment while implementing cloud operational excellence, monitoring, incident management, automation, cost optimization, and AWS Kubernetes deployments.

The Staff Software Engineer will build and scale machine learning systems for personalization, collaborating with teams to enhance project quality and performance.
