Support hiring operations by scheduling interviews, maintaining ATS records, coordinating logistics with hiring managers, improving recruiting workflows, assisting sourcing and onboarding, and tracking recruiting metrics.

Assistant General Counsel will serve as Attain’s second in-house lawyer, focusing on adtech data privacy and high-volume commercial contracting. Responsibilities include negotiating data licenses, MSAs, DPAs, SOWs, and order forms; advising product and engineering teams on data use; building the privacy program; supporting fintech legal matters; developing legal operations, AI-enabled workflows, playbooks, templates, and policies; managing outside counsel; and handling broader corporate, employment, IP, financing, licensing, and regulatory needs.

Lead the end-to-end build of new greenfield fintech products (credit builder, BNPL) from concept to launch. Define product strategy, UX, requirements, success metrics, and partner with engineering, design, data, legal/compliance, and growth to ship and iterate toward revenue.
