Creates, edits, schedules, and manages digital and social media content supporting AtriCure’s brand, educational, clinical, corporate, and marketing objectives. The role develops written and multimedia assets, supports influencer and employee advocacy programs, monitors social conversations, manages creative assets, coordinates agencies and video production, and analyzes social performance to recommend improvements.

Supports AtriCure’s digital marketing efforts through social media content calendars, community moderation, influencer and key opinion leader monitoring, post scheduling, YouTube maintenance, audience engagement strategies, monthly reporting, advertising receipt management, and project coordination.

Coordinates inbound logistics, inventory activities, warehouse and customer service operations with a third-party logistics provider. Manages rework and quarantine dispositions, item master data, outbound shipments, stock reconciliation, and logistics, operations, and sales operations support. Requires collaboration with internal and external customers, strong organization and multitasking, ERP/CRM/WMS experience, import/export knowledge, and strong Excel skills.

Coordinates regional conventions, congresses, educational programs, customer events, and digital marketing activities across APAC, with primary focus on Australia and New Zealand. Manages event logistics, suppliers, project plans, budgets, communications, marketing collateral, content localisation, customer databases, and post-event reporting. Collaborates with marketing, sales, clinical, regulatory, compliance, finance, country teams, and distributors while supporting onsite events and ensuring compliance with company requirements.

Supports the sales contract lifecycle across EMEA, including contract reviews, renewals, repository maintenance, quotations, customer price lists, tenders, and pricing coordination. Partners with sales, legal, finance, hospitals, and distributors to ensure accurate, compliant submissions and documentation. Analyzes commercial performance, tracks contract milestones, prepares reports and presentations, and improves contracting processes. The role requires strong accuracy, business judgment, communication, project management, and French-language skills.

Manage customer contract execution, pricing accuracy, expiration dates, and contract data in ERP systems. Monitor tier compliance and contract performance, prepare governance and audit documentation, collaborate with Sales and Corporate Accounts to resolve discrepancies, and identify process improvements. Calculate rebate accruals and GPO administrative fees while supporting pricing and contracting operations. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.

Performs financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis for assigned business areas. Partners with department leaders and accounting during monthly close, develops KPIs, identifies trends and risks, and recommends actions to improve performance. The role also supports process improvements in reporting and forecasting and communicates financial results to management.

Manage forecasting and S&OP processes, create and monitor supply chain reports and KPIs, analyze sales and inventory data, support production planning and ERP data management, expedite purchasing and quality actions, lead cross-functional improvement projects, and participate in physical inventory activities to improve service, cost, and efficiency.
