Lead development and implementation of scalable manufacturing processes, custom equipment, and automation for medical devices from concept through commercialization. Drive DFM/DFA, lean and Six Sigma methods, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), supplier selection, FMEA, and process capability while mentoring engineers and supporting continuous improvement and cost/quality goals.
