Handles employee inquiries, benefits records, payroll deductions, open enrollment, vendor coordination, compliance activities, communications, audits, and data analysis. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, insurers, brokers, and third-party administrators while identifying process and employee-experience improvements.

Creates, edits, schedules, and manages digital and social media content supporting AtriCure’s brand, educational, clinical, corporate, and marketing objectives. The role develops written and multimedia assets, supports influencer and employee advocacy programs, monitors social conversations, manages creative assets, coordinates agencies and video production, and analyzes social performance to recommend improvements.
