Supports the sales contract lifecycle across EMEA, including contract reviews, renewals, repository maintenance, quotations, customer price lists, tenders, and pricing coordination. Partners with sales, legal, finance, hospitals, and distributors to ensure accurate, compliant submissions and documentation. Analyzes commercial performance, tracks contract milestones, prepares reports and presentations, and improves contracting processes. The role requires strong accuracy, business judgment, communication, project management, and French-language skills.

Supports the design, development, testing, manufacture, and improvement of medical device products and processes. Performs technical research, testing, data analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, root cause investigation, verification and validation, and design transfer activities. Collaborates with engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory teams, and suppliers while following applicable quality systems and regulations. The role also contributes to prototypes, fixtures, tooling, process improvements, risk management, and cross-functional project deliverables under the guidance of senior engineers.

Manage customer contract execution, pricing accuracy, expiration dates, and contract data in ERP systems. Monitor tier compliance and contract performance, prepare governance and audit documentation, collaborate with Sales and Corporate Accounts to resolve discrepancies, and identify process improvements. Calculate rebate accruals and GPO administrative fees while supporting pricing and contracting operations. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
