Manage lower-complexity high-net-worth client portfolios, deliver investment outcomes, and lead client experiences. Partner with senior portfolio managers and financial planners on portfolio construction, asset allocation, research, reviews, governance, and regional discretionary fund management growth. Provide dedicated support to a Chartered Financial Planning Director across approximately 80 high-net-worth client relationships. Manage client cases from instruction through completion, coordinate internal teams and external providers, prepare documentation, process instructions, maintain compliant records, and support financial planning reviews. Build trusted client relationships, manage priorities, ensure accurate service delivery, and identify process improvements. Knowledge of UK wealth products, pensions, investments, ISAs, trusts, and financial planning regulations is required.

Leads South African Financial Planning operations through two Team Leaders and 13 colleagues. Responsibilities include developing SOPs, improving workflows, establishing quality assurance frameworks, analyzing operational data, managing performance, leading change, supporting regulatory requirements, and strengthening collaboration between UK and South African teams.

Provides administrative support to Financial Planners and clients by managing suitability documentation, maintaining accurate Xplan records, organizing audit-ready files, scheduling reviews, preparing meetings, coordinating client servicing activities, and completing post-meeting actions. The role requires strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products, excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using cloud-based and AI-enabled technology.

Supports financial planners by conducting research and technical analysis across pensions, investments, protection, long-term care, and inheritance tax planning. Prepares accurate, compliant suitability reports, develops planning strategies, supports complex client cases, and uses cashflow modelling to inform recommendations. The role requires strong analytical, written communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills, along with relevant financial planning qualifications.

Supports Financial Planners and clients by maintaining accurate CRM data and audit-ready files, coordinating annual reviews, preparing meeting materials, monitoring suitability reports, and completing post-meeting actions within agreed SLAs. The role requires strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products, excellent organisation, attention to detail, communication skills, and confidence using cloud-based systems and AI tools.

Reviews client and case files for compliance with internal standards, FCA requirements, and firm policies. Conducts suitability assessments across pensions, investments, protection, and high-risk products; identifies documentation gaps and process deviations; records findings; prepares reports; provides constructive feedback to Financial Planners; supports training needs and process improvement projects.

Researches pensions, investments, protection, long-term care, and inheritance tax planning products; develops planning strategies; supports complex client cases; and produces clear client documentation while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining strong adviser relationships.
