Leads Financial Planning back-office operations across UK and South Africa teams. Manages Team Leaders, establishes standard operating procedures and quality frameworks, improves service delivery, manages operational risks, supports regulatory compliance and Consumer Duty obligations, and drives scalable process improvement and change initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, performance monitoring, and experience managing geographically dispersed or offshore teams in regulated Financial Planning environments.

Supports business-led change across financial planning and wealth management. Analyzes end-to-end advice processes, maps workflows, documents requirements, facilitates stakeholder workshops, assesses change impacts, and helps implement improved operating models, controls, training, and adoption activities. The role requires financial planning expertise, process improvement skills, stakeholder management, and knowledge of pensions, investments, retirement planning, tax, trusts, and cashflow modelling within a UK-regulated environment.

Provide accurate administrative support to UK adviser support hubs in a regulated financial services environment. Responsibilities include producing Letters of Authority and valuation documents, setting up new business applications, responding to enquiries, maintaining CRM client records, updating data, and collaborating with UK teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, Excel, problem-solving, and financial services process knowledge.
