Manage lower-complexity high-net-worth client portfolios, deliver investment outcomes, and lead client experiences. Partner with senior portfolio managers and financial planners on portfolio construction, asset allocation, research, reviews, governance, and regional discretionary fund management growth. Build trusted client and planner relationships while progressively assuming responsibility for complex portfolio management.

Provide dedicated support to a Chartered Financial Planning Director across approximately 80 high-net-worth client relationships. Manage client cases from instruction through completion, coordinate internal teams and external providers, prepare documentation, process instructions, maintain compliant records, and support financial planning reviews. Build trusted client relationships, manage priorities, ensure accurate service delivery, and identify process improvements. Knowledge of UK wealth products, pensions, investments, ISAs, trusts, and financial planning regulations is required.

Leads South African Financial Planning operations through two Team Leaders and 13 colleagues. Responsibilities include developing SOPs, improving workflows, establishing quality assurance frameworks, analyzing operational data, managing performance, leading change, supporting regulatory requirements, and strengthening collaboration between UK and South African teams.
