Supports high-net-worth client relationships and financial planners by preparing for meetings, reviewing financial plans and suitability reports, producing cashflow analyses, writing planning reports, and coordinating with administration and paraplanning teams. The role includes networking, lead-generation support, AI-assisted analysis, and structured mentorship through a junior planner pathway toward becoming a financial adviser.

Reviews client and case files for compliance with internal standards, FCA regulations, and firm policies. Performs sample checks and suitability assessments across pensions, investments, protection, and high-risk products. Identifies documentation gaps and compliance issues, records findings, produces reports, provides constructive feedback to Financial Planners, and collaborates with training and competency teams on corrective actions and process improvements.

Supports Financial Planners and clients by maintaining accurate CRM data and audit-ready files, coordinating annual reviews, preparing meeting materials, monitoring suitability reports, and completing post-meeting actions within agreed SLAs. The role requires strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products, excellent organisation, attention to detail, communication skills, and confidence using cloud-based systems and AI tools.
