Manage day-to-day office operations, reception, visitor access, vendors, supplies, mail, conference rooms, events, board meeting logistics, interviews, travel coordination, onboarding, lunches, and office engagement. Support General Partners with discretion, maintain a welcoming and organized workplace, assist with office IT, and handle ad hoc administrative needs.

Lead Golden Child’s brand strategy and creative direction across packaging, campaigns, content, digital experiences, partnerships, and events. Drive the rebrand and relaunch, develop original storytelling, guide paid creative, and build a lean internal creative team supported by external specialists. Manage creative briefs, budgets, production, packaging development, photography, film, and brand consistency while partnering with Growth, Product, Culinary, Veterinary Nutrition, Operations, and the founding team.

Own the architecture, quality, and technical direction of a production perception system for home security hardware. Develop robust computer vision and machine learning pipelines for multi-camera tracking, sensor fusion, object identity, and edge GPU inference. Define evaluation metrics, regression infrastructure, observability, and failure handling while optimizing accuracy, latency, and cost. Lead cross-functional technical decisions and mentor engineers across perception, hardware, cloud, and product teams.
