Resolve disputes and claims, negotiate rates, monitor account performance, improve processes, and support junior account managers. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical, negotiation, and relationship-management skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Manages daily in-home delivery operations, including route planning, dispatching multiple carrier teams, billing, claims, P&L budgeting, performance reporting, recruiting contract carriers, load-out supervision, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, truck inspections, and safety compliance. The role works Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with possible peak-season overtime.
