Manages daily in-home delivery operations, including route planning, dispatching delivery teams, billing, claims, P&L budgeting, performance reporting, carrier recruitment, load-out supervision, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, truck inspections, and safety compliance. The role works Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with possible peak-season overtime.

Leads enterprise cybersecurity, privacy, technical risk, compliance, and business resiliency programs. Advises executives and the Board, oversees incident response, security assessments, vendor risk, continuity planning, disaster recovery, privacy obligations, and security awareness. Develops strategy, policies, processes, and teams while managing talent, performance, succession planning, and strategic partners. The role requires at least seven years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or ten years with an associate’s degree, and may involve up to 10% travel.

Leads infrastructure and operations strategy, enterprise networks, servers, storage, virtualization, communications, backup, data centers, service desk, desktop support, vendor relationships, budgets, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity collaboration. Builds high-performing teams and drives reliable, secure, scalable technology services and continuous operational improvement across the organization.
