Supports and optimizes SQL Server production, QA, and development environments, including performance tuning, security, backup and recovery, high availability, upgrades, and incident response. The role also contributes to Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, ETL/ELT, data modernization, automation, CI/CD, and cloud data platform initiatives while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Administer and improve employee benefit programs, including enrollments, open enrollment, vendor coordination, compliance, reporting, audits, and employee communications. Analyze utilization, costs, plan performance, and benchmarking data to support strategic decisions. Maintain accurate HRIS and vendor records, reconcile invoices, assist with regulatory filings, answer employee questions, and support benefits system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.

Manage complex logistics accounts, including daily operations, profitability, budgeting, pricing, customer relationships, and service delivery. Coordinate with customers, agents, warehouses, and internal teams to execute projects successfully. Resolve disputes and claims, negotiate rates, monitor account performance, improve processes, and support junior account managers. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical, negotiation, and relationship-management skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.
