Lead delivery of Atlas’s AI and IT project portfolio by managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, documentation, governance, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, provide executive status updates, support portfolio prioritization and forecasting, and ensure projects meet enterprise AI security and compliance requirements. Occasional travel of less than 10% is required for vendor and stakeholder meetings.

Manage and conduct industrial hygiene and hazardous materials projects, including asbestos, lead, mold, air, noise, and exposure assessments. Responsibilities include field sampling, equipment operation, regulatory compliance, remediation oversight, data analysis, technical report preparation and review, client communication, budgeting, invoicing, personnel management, and worker safety training. The role requires frequent fieldwork, supervision of project teams, and travel throughout Northern and Central California.

Supports geotechnical investigations, soil and materials testing, construction QA/QC, laboratory analysis, engineering recommendations, technical reporting, and proposal preparation. Coordinates with drilling crews and construction personnel, maintains field documentation, and assists with foundation, retaining structure, earthwork, and pavement design under licensed PE supervision. The role includes substantial regional travel, outdoor fieldwork, and mentorship toward PE licensure.

Leads complex proposals for environmental and infrastructure consulting opportunities, coordinating technical teams, executives, business development leaders, partners, and subcontractors. Develops pursuit strategies, win themes, and persuasive content; manages reviews, compliance, branding, reusable content libraries, and quality assurance. Mentors proposal professionals, improves processes and tools, conducts market research, manages executive and partner relationships, and facilitates post-submission debriefs.

Provides traffic and transportation engineering support for airport, transit, and roadway projects. Develops and calibrates PTV VISSIM microsimulation models, performs traffic analyses using Synchro and HCS, prepares signal plans, conducts field data collection, and supports ITS studies. The role also produces reports, dashboards, charts, and technical documentation; coordinates deliverables with clients; and requires up to 20% domestic travel.

Supports transportation infrastructure projects involving roadway, drainage, grading, and site development. Reviews technical data, performs engineering analyses, prepares designs, calculations, reports, and construction documents using MicroStation and OpenRoads. Collaborates with project managers, surveyors, planners, engineers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet regulatory standards and project requirements. Participates in project meetings and provides engineering support throughout design and construction phases.

Leads the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, retirement, recognition, and mobility programs. Develops pay structures, manages merit and incentive programs, oversees benefits renewals and vendors, ensures regulatory and collective bargaining compliance, and provides financial analysis and executive recommendations. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business leaders across unionized and non-union, multi-state workforces.

Manage multiple highway design projects from conceptual planning through construction, overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, quality control, contracts, billing, and profitability. Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact, lead presentations and public meetings, ensure compliance with roadway standards, train junior engineers, address project concerns, and support business development.

Lead regional business development for Atlass South-Central Infrastructure division (TN, AL, LA), driving sales strategy, pipeline growth, key account management, capture planning, pursuits, market intelligence, KPIs, CRM tracking, events, and strategic hiring to expand a $30M book of business.

Lead Civil 3D design and CADD operations, develop Civil 3D styles and tools, provide first- through third-line technical support, supervise drafting staff, advise on hardware/software, manage model/data/document workflows, and support client and contractor coordination.

Manage construction project administration including document control, RFIs, submittals, issue tracking, daily field report review, technical support, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.

Perform traffic impact and capacity analyses, develop and review signal timing and design plans, run traffic operations models (Synchro, HCS, VISSIM), conduct multimodal evaluations, and prepare technical reports and design documentation.

Manage GDOT transportation projects: apply project management tools, track progress and budgets, implement GDOT systems/policies, coordinate with stakeholders, and produce documentation. Use Microsoft Office platforms, perform occasional local travel, and work primarily on-site with limited hybrid flexibility.

Perform basic roadway geometric design tasks, prepare layout drawings, construction details, calculations, and reports under supervision of a registered professional engineer. Ensure designs meet regulatory standards and develop project knowledge through training and mentorship.
