Provide first-tier, onsite technical support for ~3,500 employees: troubleshoot hardware/software/account issues, manage tickets in an ITSM platform, provision accounts, install/configure computers, document resolutions, escalate complex issues, participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel.

Provide office and project support for the Fridley, MN office: manage daily admin tasks, assist project managers and field staff with documentation and reporting, maintain project records, support invoicing and basic AP/AR tracking, and keep organized filing and correspondence systems while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Develop basic roadway geometric designs, prepare layout drawings, construction details, calculations, reports, and cost estimates under the supervision of a registered engineer. Ensure designs meet regulatory standards, document decisions, and grow technical knowledge through training and mentorship.

Lead and deliver complex transit facility projects and programs from planning through construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, compliance with federal/state regulations, safety and security certification, client/stakeholder coordination, multidisciplinary teams, and support business development and technical standards for northeastern Illinois transit clients.

Manage construction project administration including document control, RFIs, submittals, issue tracking, daily field report review, technical support, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.

Lead Civil 3D design and CADD operations, develop Civil 3D styles and tools, provide first- through third-line technical support, supervise drafting staff, advise on hardware/software, manage model/data/document workflows, and support client and contractor coordination.

Perform traffic impact and capacity analyses, develop and review signal timing and design plans, run traffic operations models (Synchro, HCS, VISSIM), conduct multimodal evaluations, and prepare technical reports and design documentation.

Lead and perform wetland and waters delineations, write reports and permit applications, coordinate regulatory and species consultations, conduct assessments and support restoration/mitigation projects, manage projects and client relationships, and perform fieldwork with occasional travel.

Manage GDOT transportation projects: apply project management tools, track progress and budgets, implement GDOT systems/policies, coordinate with stakeholders, and produce documentation. Use Microsoft Office platforms, perform occasional local travel, and work primarily on-site with limited hybrid flexibility.

Process and reconcile bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll; apply deductions, overtime, bonuses, and other pay variables; maintain payroll records and tax reporting (W-2s, 1099s); respond to employee payroll inquiries; ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policy.

Manage GDOT-related projects using project management tools and Microsoft Office; track progress, budgets, and milestones; implement GDOT systems, policies, and procedures; coordinate with stakeholders, local governments, and clients; perform occasional local travel; work primarily on-site with limited hybrid option.

Manage multiple roadway design projects from planning through construction, ensure quality control, oversee budgets and contracts, lead client and stakeholder engagement, train junior engineers, and support business development for Georgia transportation projects.
