Support the Gwinnett County SPLOST Program Management team by tracking and distributing shop drawings and submittals, processing contractor payment applications, preparing bid and closeout documents, coordinating plan transmittals, maintaining project files, reviewing testing firm invoices, and assisting with federal/program compliance.

Manage and conduct industrial hygiene and building science field assessments, sampling (asbestos, lead, mold, air, noise), data analysis, report preparation, remediation oversight, and support workplace health and safety programs while supervising project personnel and ensuring equipment calibration and chain-of-custody compliance.
