Provides administrative support for a CPA firm by managing phones, calendars, mail, office supplies, filing, reports, project tracking, tax document assembly, invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping data entry. The role requires professionalism, organization, attention to detail, strong communication, and comfort with Microsoft Office and office systems. This is an on-site position with occasional weekend work during peak tax season and occasional post office trips.

Provides administrative support for clients and staff by managing phones, calendars, mail, office supplies, reports, workflow tracking, tax-return files, e-file authorizations, and payments. The role requires professional client service, strong organization, attention to detail, software proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities during busy seasons. Occasional post-office trips and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.

Supports audit engagements for local businesses and nonprofits by analyzing financial and operational processes, testing internal controls, preparing working papers, conducting client fieldwork, maintaining confidential files, researching issues, and assisting with client relationships under supervision. The internship runs from mid-January through mid-April 2027, with potential future internship or entry-level opportunities based on performance.

Lead tax engagements and client relationships, oversee preparation and review of 1040/1120/1065 returns, provide tax planning and technical guidance, manage team members, monitor engagement profitability, and support practice growth and advisory services.

Prepare federal and state tax compliance and individual/entity tax returns, reconcile ledgers, perform bookkeeping and payroll, assist audits, manage deadlines, and use QuickBooks, CCH, and Microsoft Office for reporting and forecasting.

The Tax Manager will manage client relationships, prepare tax returns, collaborate on projects, mentor team members, and maintain clear communication with clients.

Perform audit procedures and prepare audit workpapers, test internal controls, analyze financial data, assist with planning and client fieldwork, communicate with clients, track budget hours, and complete firm training while maintaining confidentiality.

Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and entities; support compliance reporting, general ledger reconciliations, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and audit support. Use QuickBooks, CCH, and Microsoft Office to maintain client files, ensure timely completion of work, and assist partners and managers on special projects.
