Operate roll-off heavy-duty trucks to pick up, load, and transport open-top and compactor containers to disposal, transfer, or recycling sites. Perform pre/post-trip DVIR inspections, follow safety, OSHA and DOT rules, use onboard tablet to track routes, report incidents and maintenance needs, assist Dispatch to improve routes, and complete required training. Maintain customer service standards and pass drug screens, physicals, and background checks.

Prospect and acquire new commercial and construction customers within an assigned Phoenix territory, manage and retain existing accounts, provide quotes/bids, use CRM daily, perform cold calls, and collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue goals.
