The Sr. Product Manager oversees digital product development, collaborates on the product roadmap, manages initiatives, and ensures alignment with organizational goals through data and metrics.

Sources and screens candidates, builds talent pipelines, coordinates interviews, manages recruiting calendars, communicates with candidates, maintains ATS records, and supports recruiting reports and employer branding. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Analyzes credit card portfolio risk, profitability, marketing efficiency, and financial performance. Partners with Credit, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop data-driven strategies, evaluate portfolio management approaches, forecast P&L impacts, optimize acquisition economics, and improve customer engagement. Extracts and analyzes data using SQL, SAS, Python, and related tools, then presents actionable recommendations to senior leaders.

Leads consumer credit portfolio management strategy across the credit risk lifecycle. Evaluates portfolio performance, trends, profitability, and risk; recommends actions to executives and risk committees; develops portfolio tests, strategies, and risk models; and oversees SAS- and Tableau-driven reporting. Manages risk analysts and partners with marketing, operations, technology, finance, and other teams to optimize growth, asset quality, and profitability.

Lead web and mobile product development from discovery through launch. Define roadmap, author business requirements, set success metrics tied to P&L, collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and data teams, and use analytics and voice-of-customer feedback to optimize digital experiences.

Provide Tier 1/2 end-user support for Windows and macOS endpoints, manage imaging/provisioning, administer Intune and Jamf Pro, support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services, deploy and monitor patches, support AWS WorkSpaces, and drive automation and documentation to improve service delivery.

Support and maintain Windows server infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoints. Perform patching, backups, Intune device management, imaging, Tier 2/3 support, and troubleshooting while collaborating with Help Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
