The Sr. Product Manager oversees digital product development, collaborates on the product roadmap, manages initiatives, and ensures alignment with organizational goals through data and metrics.

Lead development and execution of automated and manual testing across the data platform. Define testing strategy, create test cases from business requirements, validate data schemas and content, manage defect lifecycle, supervise testers, and ensure code correctness in UAT environments.

Lead product marketing and go-to-market strategy for credit card and retail financing products. Define positioning, messaging, launches, partner enablement, market research, content, and performance measurement while coordinating cross-functional launch readiness and tracking KPIs to drive adoption and revenue.

Lead web and mobile product development from discovery through launch. Define roadmap, author business requirements, set success metrics tied to P&L, collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and data teams, and use analytics and voice-of-customer feedback to optimize digital experiences.

Analyze credit card portfolio, marketing, and financial performance using SQL and analytical tools. Develop insights, run experiments (A/B), support forecasting and P&L modeling, and present findings via dashboards and presentations to cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives to optimize credit card acquisition, underwriting, and line management. Use SQL, SAS, and Python/R to analyze campaign performance, forecast P&L impacts, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leaders to improve portfolio profitability and customer outcomes.

Lead portfolio management strategy across the consumer credit lifecycle: evaluate portfolio performance, identify credit trends, recommend actions to executives, design and monitor portfolio tests and risk models, present performance updates, and manage a team of analysts while partnering cross-functionally to drive profitable growth and disciplined risk management.

Provide Tier 1/2 end-user support for Windows and macOS endpoints, manage imaging/provisioning, administer Intune and Jamf Pro, support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services, deploy and monitor patches, support AWS WorkSpaces, and drive automation and documentation to improve service delivery.

Support and maintain Windows server infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoints. Perform patching, backups, Intune device management, imaging, Tier 2/3 support, and troubleshooting while collaborating with Help Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams.

Prepare forecasts, monthly financial and portfolio reporting, and variance and cash flow analyses. Support Accounting, Risk, and operations by ensuring data integrity, resolving errors, and delivering ad-hoc analysis for risk, sales, and executive teams.

Provide 24x7 production support and on-call rotation for cloud-native Java applications on AWS/EKS. Monitor systems with Datadog, Splunk, and CloudWatch; respond to incidents, perform RCA, manage deployments via CI/CD, automate operational tasks with Python/Bash, and improve reliability through observability, automation, SLIs/SLOs, and runbooks. Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, DB, Network, and Security teams.

Provide forecasting, monthly financial and portfolio reporting, and variance analysis. Support accounting and risk with data integrity, improve forecasting and performance metrics, and execute ad hoc analysis and projects for operations, risk, sales, and executive teams.

Develop and deploy fraud detection models using analytics and machine learning, monitor real-time transactions, investigate incidents, design dashboards and reports, collaborate with IT and security, ensure regulatory compliance, and recommend preventive measures against payment and e-commerce fraud.

Lead credit risk strategy for private-label retail products: evaluate new data sources, build underwriting and line assignment strategies, optimize pricing and portfolios, develop KPIs and manual underwriting processes, perform ad-hoc and recurring analytics, and communicate results to stakeholders to drive profitable growth and account originations.
