The Sr. Product Manager oversees digital product development, collaborates on the product roadmap, manages initiatives, and ensures alignment with organizational goals through data and metrics.

Lead development and execution of automated and manual testing across the data platform. Define testing strategy, create test cases from business requirements, validate data schemas and content, manage defect lifecycle, supervise testers, and ensure code correctness in UAT environments.

Supports talent acquisition by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, managing recruiting calendars, communicating with candidates, updating ATS records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
